Whatsoever You Do

When Whatsoever You Do (WYD) purchased the existing East Side Presbyterian Church in Ottumwa, Iowa, they started a journey towards the God-given vision of providing not just temporary shelter for the homeless. But a way of giving those that have lost their home a way to get back on their feet. By renovating the existing church, WYD will have the ability to house over 200 individuals in sleeping areas. They will also be able to provide them with a place to shower and an address in which they can have a home base to begin their journey towards finding a job and a permanent place to live. In addition, WYD will be serving meals to those in need and will have the ability to be an emergency shelter during times of extreme weather.
